Ploosa is a product of SYMQUARK L.L.C-FZ. These terms explain the responsibilities that come with using our platform. Your business keeps ownership of its content and remains responsible for the trading decisions it makes.
Policy review in progress. For questions about the terms that apply to your account, contact Symquark.
01Who operates Ploosa
Ploosa is a product of SYMQUARK L.L.C-FZ, a company licensed by the Meydan Free Zone in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Meydan Grandstand, 6th floor, Meydan Road, Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In these terms, “Symquark”, “we”, and “us” refer to that company.
These terms apply to ploosa.com and the Ploosa application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you act for a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.
02Which agreement applies
These terms govern access to Ploosa, including accounts created directly through the website. The plan, price, billing period, and limits shown when you subscribe form part of your subscription.
If your business has a signed Order Form or other agreement with Symquark, that agreement and the documents it incorporates take precedence over these terms where they conflict. These terms do not replace or reduce rights under an existing contract.
Symquark publishes its Master Services Agreement, Data Processing Agreement, and Service Level Agreement. Their contractual application depends on your agreement; a website description alone does not create an uptime commitment.
03Accounts & workspace access
Ploosa is for business use by people aged 18 or over who can enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate registration information, use only accounts and workspaces you are entitled to access, and keep your sign-in methods secure.
Your business is responsible for authorising team members, assigning permissions, and removing access when it is no longer appropriate. Tell us promptly if you suspect an account has been compromised.
04Your business dealings
Ploosa supports business discovery, connections, catalogues, price lists, requests for quotation, quotations, messages, and market intelligence. Businesses remain responsible for checking the identity and authority of their counterparties and the accuracy of commercial information.
Unless separately agreed in writing, Symquark is not a buyer, seller, broker, guarantor, or party to transactions between users. You and your counterparties are responsible for your agreements, product quality, pricing, taxes, payment, delivery, regulatory requirements, and disputes. A listing, connection, or badge is not a guarantee of a business or product.
05Acceptable use
- Use the Service lawfully and respect applicable sanctions, export controls, intellectual property, and privacy rights.
- Do not publish false business identities, misleading offers, unlawful content, malware, or information you have no right to share.
- Do not bypass access controls or plan limits, access another workspace without permission, disrupt the Service, or send spam.
- Do not extract other businesses’ data in bulk, resell access, or use automated scraping without our written permission or an expressly permitted integration.
- Respect the confidentiality of information a counterparty shares with you and use it only for the authorised business purpose.
06Subscriptions, renewal & refunds
Some features require a paid subscription. Before purchase, review the displayed price, currency, taxes, billing interval, and any usage limits. Unless your order states otherwise, paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically for the selected period until cancelled.
You can manage your subscription through the billing controls in your workspace settings. Cancel before your next renewal to stop future recurring charges. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the period already paid for; deleting an account or simply stopping use is not a substitute for cancelling a subscription.
Fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions and the process for billing errors are set out in Symquark’s Refund Policy, subject to your agreement and any rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Contact us if you cannot access billing controls.
We will communicate changes to recurring prices before they apply to a renewal. Your signed agreement governs any different notice periods or cancellation requirements.
07Your content & privacy
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant Symquark the rights needed to host, process, display, and transmit that content to operate Ploosa and carry out your instructions, including sharing with the recipients and audiences selected through the Service.
You are responsible for the content you provide and for having any permissions needed to process personal data or share another party’s information. Review visibility and sharing settings before publishing or sending content. A recipient may retain a copy already received.
Our Privacy Policy explains personal data handling, and our Cookie Policy explains browser storage. Where we process personal data on your business’s behalf, the applicable data processing agreement governs that processing.
08AI, intelligence & integrations
Automated recommendations, extracted information, market insights, and other AI outputs may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Check source information and keep a person responsible for material business decisions. Outputs are not legal, financial, credit, or other professional advice.
Optional integrations can send information to or receive it from external providers. Enable them only if you have authority to share the relevant data, and review the provider’s terms. Third-party services can change or become unavailable independently of Ploosa.
09Our intellectual property
The Ploosa software, design, branding, and service content belong to Symquark or its licensors. Your right to use the Service does not transfer ownership or grant permission to use our trademarks. Rights in your content and third-party materials remain with their respective owners.
10Availability & liability
We work to keep Ploosa available, but outages, maintenance, and errors can occur. Except for commitments in your agreement and rights required by law, the Service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every result will be accurate or every interruption prevented.
To the extent permitted by law and subject to your agreement, Symquark is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service or transactions between users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or remedy that law does not permit us to exclude.
11Suspension & ending use
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, misuse, a security threat, or a legal obligation. Where practicable, we will explain the issue and provide an opportunity to resolve it; urgent security or legal circumstances may require immediate action.
You may stop using Ploosa and request account closure. First cancel any recurring subscription and retrieve information your business needs. Retention and deletion are subject to the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and your agreement; closing an account does not recall information already shared with another business.
12Governing law & disputes
Unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise, these terms are governed by UAE federal law as applicable in Dubai. The courts of Dubai have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes under these terms, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
If your signed Symquark agreement specifies a different dispute process or court, including the DIFC Courts, that agreement controls. Please contact Symquark first so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent urgent relief or remove statutory rights.
13Changes & contact
We may update these terms as Ploosa changes. The date above identifies the latest revision. We will give notice of material changes through the Service or an appropriate contact channel before they take effect. Changes to a signed agreement follow its own change provisions.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply. For questions, billing concerns, or a notice relating to these terms, use Symquark’s contact form and select “Contracts, security and data”, or write to the registered office below. Include “Ploosa” and the relevant clause in your enquiry.
