Price list sharing
Share price lists with the partners meant to receive them.
A distributor’s price list has an audience: the businesses it works with. Ploosa connects price list sharing to those relationships, so pricing, partner status and the conversation about a commercial offer can live in the same workspace.
Publish pricing within your business network
Use a price list to make pricing available to the partners allowed to see it. Your network becomes the starting point for distribution, rather than treating every price list as a public document. The public Ploosa website explains the service; customer price lists remain part of the authenticated application.
Keep access connected to the relationship
A company profile, a connection and a commercial relationship carry different context. Ploosa keeps relationship status visible and uses it to govern access to shared price lists. Your team can work from the partner record when deciding which businesses should receive pricing, instead of relying only on a mailing list.
Continue from a price list to a specific quote
A price list provides a reference for your network. When a partner needs a specific commercial offer, the relationship can continue through an RFQ and quotation. Keeping both workflows near the business conversation helps the team understand where a request came from and what needs a response.
Questions about price list sharing
Do I need a paid plan for basic price lists?
No. Free participation includes basic price lists and publishing a broadcast price list. Review the pricing section for the capacity and additional tools available with each package.
Can anyone on the web browse our pricing?
No. Customer price lists are part of the authenticated platform, and shared access follows the business relationship. They are not included in the public website or its sitemap.
Does a price list replace a quotation?
No. A price list gives partners a pricing reference. A quotation responds to a specific commercial request. Ploosa supports price list sharing alongside RFQs and quotations.
