Still have a question? Get in touchYes, participation is free with no payment card required. Connect with businesses, message your connections, exchange RFQs and quotations, and use basic price lists. Free participation is ongoing, not a time-limited trial.
Create an account, then search the directory for businesses, brands and products. Filter businesses by market and other criteria, view their profiles, and send a connection request. You can also invite a business you already know.
An active Partner or Preferred business that you promote uses one partner place, across all brands. Ordinary connections are unlimited. The business you invite is not charged for joining your network; partner capacity belongs to the business promoting the relationship.
Yes. Distributors and wholesalers can add individual packs to Free or choose Professional, Business, Scale or Enterprise. Resellers and retailers participate free forever and can buy Market Intelligence or extra team seats. Their participation does not require a paid plan.
Yes. Your workspace includes one free seat. Workspace owners and admins can invite colleagues and assign their roles. Paid plans may include more seats, and additional seat packs are available. Active members and outstanding invitations count toward the seat allowance.
Choose Monthly or Annual in the pricing section. Annual prices show a monthly equivalent with the full yearly payment underneath. Contact sales for an Enterprise package and separately scoped custom work. Quote preparations and intelligence briefings reset monthly, including on annual billing; unused monthly allowances do not roll over.
The workspace owner manages plans, packs and payment details in Plan & billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Cancelling a paid plan returns the workspace to Free. Your records, existing relationships and team members remain; additions pause if they would exceed the reduced allowance.
Paid plans and packs use Stripe checkout. The available payment methods and total are shown before you confirm. Your workspace owner can manage payment details from Plan & billing.
